Work History

Taught art in an International school in Mexico, to IGCSE and AICE level.
Traveled in various parts of the country and undertook photographic project documenting indigenous cultures.

Painted various murals in schools throughout Manchester during teaching practice and also a community mural in Belfast. Also continued to make and exhibit photo based installation work.

Community photographer, Belfast Exposed Community Photographers.
Here I curated exhibitions in gallery, helped with workshops and assisted other workers with photographic processes.

Manager, Magpie Art Studios, Belfast. Co-Founded Studios and managed all administration and publicity. Gained funding from the Arts Council of Northern Ireland for four consecutive years. Organised and curated numerous group and one person exhibitions in
Belfast, Derry, Dublin, Germany, U.S.A, Ireland, Portugal, London, Manchester, e.t.c.

Managed all studio finances and tax returns and gained charitable status for studio in 1996. Continued to practice as an artist throughout this period, regularly exhibiting and producing photo based installations, paintings and sculptures.
